Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible.

I am Brian, and it is grand.

It is grand to be here with you today.

You're around the global campfire, gathering yet again on our journey as a community moving through the scriptures together

and I've been trying to be grateful and so I am grateful I appreciate and we can do this

I appreciate that our lives intersect this way and then we can walk together

this way and that we even live at a time in history and something like this could even happen.

Had our lives been a hundred years ago, we would never have crossed paths in any way whatsoever, likely.

Very few of us.

And we certainly wouldn't be able to do what we're doing.

And so, with a heart of gratitude, I am grateful to be here today to take the next step forward.

And that next step forward will lead us back into the book of Ezekiel right now.

And today we'll jump into chapter 12, verse 1, all the way through 14, verse 11.

The Lord spoke to me.

Mortal man, he said, you are living among rebellious people.

They have eyes, but they see nothing.

They have ears, but they hear nothing, because they are rebellious.

Now, mortal man, pack a bundle just as a refugee would and start out before nightfall.

That everyone see you are leaving and going to another place.

Maybe those rebels will notice you.

While it is still daylight, pack your bundle for exile so the day can see you and then let
