As we get ourselves nice and moved into this 11th of the month of the year,

I'm glad I can be here with you.

I'm glad that you're here.

I'm glad that we can be together.

And I'm glad for the next step forward on the voyage, the grand adventure that we continue day by day, step by step, as a community here

around the global campfire.

So, let's, uh, let's, let's, let's jump in.

We're working our way, very carefully through the book of Ezekiel at this point.

Today, chapters 10 and 11.

I looked at the dome over the heads of the living creatures and above them was something that seemed to be a throne made of sapphire.

God said to the man wearing linen clothes,

Go between the wheels under the creatures and fill your hands with burning coals.

Then scatter the coals over the city.

I watched him go.

The creatures were standing to the south of the temple when he went in,

and a cloud filled the inner courtyard. The dazzling light of the Lord's presence rose up from

the creatures and moved to the entrance of the temple. Then the clouds filled the temple, and the

courtyard was blazing with lights. The noise made by the creature's wings was heard even in the outer courtyard.
