It's great to be here with you as we gather.

Ah, let it go. Let it all go.

Come in around the global campfire and just find a place together. as we take another step forward on our journey.

This journey that we're in right now is in the book of Deuteronomy.

And these are the last words of Moses.

And he is, he's giving them some very, very significant advice along the way here,

saying all the things he needs to say because they're never going to hear his voice again.

He's never going to be seen again.

He's never going to lead them again.

And so nothing is being left unsaid.

And so it has weight and gravity, but it is so deeply poignant in so many ways in our own story,

even though this story that we're reading is thousands of years old,

the truths contained in it are as relevant as the next breath we take.

So let's take the next step forward together.

Today, Deuteronomy, chapters 9 and 10.

Listen, Israel.

Today, you are about to cross the Jordan to enter and drive out nations greater and stronger than you, with large cities fortified to the heavens.

The people are strong and tall, the descendants of the Anachim.

You know about them and have heard it said about them,

who can stand up to the sons of Anach?
