It's awesome to be here, right? It's awesome to be here together today as we gather again around the global

campfire like we do every day and move together forward another step in our

lives and in the journey through the scriptures.

So we have been moving through genealogies if we had noticed in the Old Testament

as we've navigated our way into First Chronicles.

We haven't quite come out of that yet, but we'll be coming out of it today. First Chronicles, chapters 9 and 10.

So all Israel was listed in the official records of Israel's kings.

Judah was carried into exile in Babylon because of their unfaithfulness.

The first to resettle their property in their towns were the Israelite people,

the priests, the Levites, and the temple servants.

Those settling in Jerusalem included some from Judah, some from Benjamin, and some from

Ephraim and Manassa.

U-Thai, son of Amayud, son of Omri, son of Bani, from the family of Perez, Judah's son.

From the Schillanites, Asea, the oldest son in his family.

From Zera's family, Jewel, and their relatives,

690 and all.

From Benjamin's family, Salu, son of Mashulam, son of Hadovaya, son of Sena, Ebeneha, Geroam son,

Eila son of Uzi son of Mikri,

Mashulam son of Shefataya, son of rule, son of Ibnaigia, and their relatives in their line of

descent, 956 in all.
