| 0:00.0 | Today is the 12th day of January. Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible. I am Brian. It is great to be here with you today and just kind of hanging out here at the Global Campfire. |
| 0:16.0 | It is a beautiful place and it is a beautiful time as we gather together to take the next step forward in the Scriptures. |
| 0:28.0 | We have now in the book of Genesis, in Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Abraham has died at 175 years old. His story, although the reverberations of his story continued to echo all the way until now. |
| 0:50.0 | His earthly story ended. He was buried in the cave of Mac Padaw, next to his wife Sarah. And so now we have moved into the next generations, Isaac and Rebecca, who have had twin boys Jacob and Issa. |
| 1:10.0 | We saw, and so we have met Jacob, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And we will continue the story. Today, Genesis chapter 26 verse 17 through 27 verse 46. |
| 1:26.0 | So Isaac moved away from there and encamped in the valley of Arar, where he settled. Isaac reopened the wells that had been dug in the time of his father Abraham, which the Philistines had stopped up after Abraham died, and he gave them the same names as his father had given them. |
| 1:50.0 | Isaac's servants dug in the valley and discovered a well of fresh water there. But the herders of Arar quarreled with those of Isaac and said, the water is ours. So he named the well Issaq, because they disputed with him. |

| 3:39.0 | Now you are blessed by the Lord. Isaac then made a feast for them and they ate and drank. Early the next morning, the men swore and oathed to each other. |
| 3:53.0 | Then Isaac sent them on their way and they went away peacefully. That day, Isaac's servants came and told him about the well they had dug. |
| 4:03.0 | They said, we found water. He called it Shiba and to this day, the name of the town has been Beer Shiba. |
| 4:14.0 | When Esa was 40 years old, he married Judith, daughter of Biri, the Hittite and also Bayesmath, daughter of Ilan, the Hittite. |
| 4:25.0 | They were a source of grief to Isaac and Rebecca. When Isaac was old and his eyes were so weak that he could no longer see, he called for Esa, his older son and said to him, my son, here I am, he answered. |
| 4:44.0 | Isaac said, I am now an old man and don't know the days of my death. Now then get your equipment, your quiver and bowl and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me. |
| 5:01.0 | Prepare me the kind of tasty food I like and bring it to me to eat so that I may give you my blessing before I die. |
