Ali you know Alex sometimes you and I talk about very serious things but once in a while we have to pull

the curtain back and people often say like what do you what do you talk to your

colleagues about you know when you're not on camera and you and I had a remarkable

conversation before the show the topic being hair which I don't think most people

would think you and I be talking about but yeah I mean listen just because you're not an

enthusiast of of you know the hair salon necessarily doesn't mean you don't have

really valid opinions we managed to fill a few minutes of conversation on it my friend

good to see you. And we filled some more conversation on live television

in front of an American audience.

We are tracking a number of major developments tonight in the cases against

defendant Donald Trump, including a delay tactic by Trump forcing the hand of one federal judge overseeing

one of special counsel Jack Smith's cases.

You'll recall that last week

Donald Trump's criminal defense team filed an appeal of Judge Chutkins' ruling saying

that Trump is not protected by presidential immunity for his attempts to

overturn the 2020 presidential election leading up to and on January 6th.
