Hello, my friends, and welcome back to Unshaken. I'm Jared Halverson and ready for another

great week of Scripture study. Now, last week we spent our entire week on one sole revelation,

section 29, which is an incredible one as it's focused on the second coming of Jesus Christ.

The church has been organized. We're getting things set in, put in place. We've got priested

restored, incredible things about to happen,

and put it all in context of the second coming, and in some ways, what are we waiting for?

It is time to rush forward, and that's what the next handful of revelations will do.

Because we covered only one last week, we have to make up for lost time and cover seven this week. But most of

them are fairly short revelations, pinpointing particular people in the restoration, and essentially

calling them all on missions. Again, if the church is now organized and the second coming places

things in historical context, then we've got to get going and we've got to go share the gospel with the world.

Prepare the earth for the second coming of Jesus Christ.

So in section 30 and 31 and 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, yes, all of those.

We are spreading the word through a host of missionaries that are being called to serve.

Now I was tempted to put on my white shirt and a tie and put on a black tag and be full

elder Halverson, Puerto Rico mode. And yet I realized that in many ways, that full-time mission

that many of us served was merely preparation for a lifetime of sharing the gospel with members and non-members

alike. By precept as well as by example, simply living the gospel and in hopes that other

people will be intrigued enough to investigate. So here I am in civilian clothes as a member

missionary. That's what I've been ever since I was released and my

dad as stake president made me take off my black tag. Well I never quite forgave him for that,

but then again I'm still here serving as we all are. And so let's look at these revelations
