My guest, Jane works as a volunteer with the National Organization of Victims of Juvenile Murderers.

She represented NOBJM when she spoke in front of the Ohio Senate in favor of defeating Senate Bill 256,

a dangerous bill that mandated frequent parole hearings to some of the state's most dangerous and depraved offenders. She's returning to this podcast for a third time to talk about

one of America's favorite juvenile killers, Sintoya Brown. Brown murdered Johnny Allen in the early morning hours of

August 7, 2004. Brown's life without parole sentence was commuted by Governor Haslam in January

of 2019 after a documentary made her a cause-seleb killer with celebrities Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, T.I. and Snoop Dog,

all publicly pushing for her release. Welcome, Jane. So, Sintoya Brown has become quite the

celebrity, but the press on this case is probably the

poorest reporting I've ever seen on a true crime case. Would you agree? For the most part,

yeah. And she is, I mean, the teen killer advocates lie a lot, but she's the most successful lie.

You know, she's the defendant who has gotten the most attention and money based off her why.

Agreed.

So I just wanted to quickly, because I think most people in my audience, already misunderstand this case.

So what was Sintoya Brown's age when she murdered Johnny Allen?

She was 16.

Was Alan Brown's age when she murdered Johnny Allen? She was 16. Was Alan Brown's pimp? No. We'll talk about this a little bit later, but at most he was a John who picked her for sex. He also may have just been a good

Samaritan, but no, he was not her pimp. Was Sintoria Brown being trafficked? She was a underage prostitute. There was a

Pimp named Cutthroat who was controlling her. And I believe it is legally considered trafficking

because she was underage. But you have to remember that Cutthroat was the pimp who trafficked her.

Johnny Allen was not trafficking her. And just because someone else is trafficking you doesn't give you
