Make sure your spine is straight and let yourself be held and supported by all that is beneath you. Take an easy inhale through your nose, filling your belly, then your ribs and back. than your

As you exhale, all tension, stagnation and fatigue is expelled. Spend a few moments now following your breath as it lavishes your knees, thighs, hips, and lower back with perfect purifying light. Oh, Oh, Let go of all you no longer need. Oh, The Oh, As you continue to breathe and renew yourself, turn your attention to the space about two inches below your creative center. This is the location of your creative center.
