So if you didn't hear part one, I would definitely encourage you to go back and listen to that episode first to give you some more context and foundational, helpful information on understanding hormones, balancing your hormones, etc.

because this really builds off of that.

0:39.3

Whether or not you choose to listen to it before you dig into this one is up to you, but I definitely recommend not missing out on that one.

The bigger process is the bigger question you have asked me. It's like, well, what do we do to really support our cycles?

1:27.3

And that's the work that I and the research that I put into my second book called in the flow, which is the first book to unpack something that we really all need to know about our new normal,

1:39.3

which is called the in-fradiant rhythm. I am a R.A.D. I.A. and we all have T-shirts.

1:48.3

I'm an in-fradiant girl living in a circadian world.

1:55.3

So when I was deciding to write this book, the question that I was asking, I always asked a different question of myself, what I'm writing a book.
