An entitled jerk treats me like garbage as I'm trying to show in my trailer that I'm trying to sell off.

0:04.9

But instead of selling it to him, I decided to get some revenge by literally selling it to the next person at the exact same price, sticking it to this guy in a way that he will truly never forget. Here's what happened. Okay, so one early spring, I decided to sell our travel trailer. It was only a few years old.

It looked new inside and out.

It was priced right.

And it was the prime time of the year to sell our travel trailer. It was only a few years old. It looked new inside and out. It was priced right. And it was the prime time of the year to sell. And I knew that it would be gone after a showing or two. The first family shows up after an odd phone call. The wife does all the talking, but made it clear that her husband, who we will call Glenn, makes the decisions in the family. She asked a ton of questions on the phone so that she could give the info over to Glenn. Glenn is in the room with her as this is all going on and this is really weird but whatever. So they roll in and I meet with Glenn. He tries to avoid eye contact and is trying to play a power game. The wife and kids are in love with a camper. They're polite and they're incredibly friendly. But Glenn is a massive jerk. As I answer his questions, he occasionally smirks. And at this point, I'm not interested in selling him dog crap fresh from my backyard, but I'm not lowering myself to his behavior. I give him the respect he deserves, taking the high road, since his poor wife and kids don't need to see me telling him to get lost. Eventually, Glenn says, I'm going to give you the price you're looking for, and we'll be back next weekend with a check. He then barks at his wife and kids to go get back in the car. I tell him that I did not agree to any price. Maybe it will still be around next weekend, maybe not. He then smirks again and drives away. But Glenn's price was exactly what I would have accepted

from any potential buyer who was not a jerk. At that point, I was clear about one thing.

1:32.9

Glenn will never end up with my camper. Fast forward and the next day, a couple shows up to look

at the trailer. They are slack jaw to the price and condition and ask what I will take for it,

1:42.3

as they can meet me later in the day with cash. So I offered to sell it to them for Glenn's price. A few hours later, I have a fat stack of $100 bills in hand, and they leave with the trailer thrilled with the deal. Well, next Friday comes along, and just as expected, Glenn's mistreated wife calls in. She tells me that they got alone and want to pick the trailer up tomorrow, but I play dumb and I ask what she means. And after she explains it again, I dropped the news. I say to her, I'm so sorry, but it's gone. I told her that all Glenn had to do was respectfully offer the amount he told me I would be taking and then leave a deposit check, and you would be picking up your camper tomorrow. I reminded her that she was standing right there when I told Glenn that we had not agreed to a price, and it was still very much for sale to whomever wanted it. Finally, I told her to make sure that Glenn knows that it sold for his price the next day. And it's so sad because it seems like Glenn was a jerk, but I decided to be a bigger jerk just to get back at this entitled weirdo. I love this so much because I can't stand customers who act like this, regardless of the circumstance. They try to act like God and they pretend like, oh yeah, my word is law, and you're going to take exactly what I give you. So good for you for standing your ground. I love the fact that you gave it to someone else for this guy's price, because his behavior, in my opinion, is completely unacceptable.

Today, I messed up by getting a tattoo of my mom in a bikini without my knowledge beforehand of what this tattoo actually meant. And I'm now feeling really dumb and I don't know what to do. Here's what happened. So my dad passed away a few months ago. I was really close to him and I miss him a lot. My dad had quite a few tattoos, but one of them I remember dearly.

3:24.5

It was this pin-up style tattoo of a lady in a Hawaiian shirt and a coconut bra on his calf.

3:29.3

I always liked that tattoo, even though it was pretty badly done. Most of the color vanished over the

3:34.4

years, and I remember our dad letting us color in the tattoo with markers when he wanted to take a nap

3:39.2

or just to keep us busy. My mom always

3:41.4

disapproved and I never understood why until now. One day about two weeks after he passed away,

3:46.4

I was walking around the city and came by a tattoo shop. One thing led to another and I walked

3:50.8

out of that shop with the same tattoo my dad had, the lady with a coconut braw. The artist did a great

3:55.9

job at recreating the tattoo and I was very happy.

3:59.0

That is, until I got home and I wanted to show my mom. My aunt was there, who is my dad's sister,

4:03.7

and started laughing like crazy. And my mom looked quite shocked, which is not the reaction I was

4:08.3

expecting at all. I didn't understand what was happening until my aunt told me. She said to me,
