Last time, the Azraanition gathered their nerves and finally accepted my

gracious invitation to dine with me at Castle Ravenlock. I don't know why they were so nervous

about me having them for dinner. After an awkward and painful conversation that was

heartily polite, they feigned exhaustion and pretended to go to sleep.

Of course, as expected, they instead snooped around my castle and returned once more to the catacombs.

In their exploration, they met my mad mongrophobic man-servant Cyrus and played his little games,

arriving at the mysterious hourglass of some

With that out of the way, let us proceed with the conclusion of Chapter 16, Creatures of the Night.

Cast a stone into the fire, violet leads to the mountain spire.

Orange to the castle's peak, Red if lore is what you seek.

Green to wear the coffins hide, indigo to the master's bride. Blue to ancient magic's wound,

yellow to the master's tomb. Holy fuck! What the fuck?

Well, this is some sort of a teleportation.

It might be.

I mean, if we, and I'll quote, cast a stone, is it one-time use?

That's just it?

I believe it may be. But how the fuck we get back here? We're going to throw a stone in and then just go God's knows where in the castle? So I don't think it's wise to necessarily throw a stone yet. What about that fucking hourglass? What the fuck is that? It's hard to say. All the stones look like they're there, right? Like nothing looks out of place like it's missing one. Yes, they are all there around the brazier. God, damn! Are the stones colorful? Yes. Each one's a different color. Why is it the sand move? Why is it just stuck like that? I don't know. It might just be decoration.
