Welcome back to the mood podcast. I'm your host, the Lord Elizabeth.


And I'm your co-host, Chloe Par.


And today our current mood is thankful. And our combo is going to be all about why we are thankful for


our heartbreak because I feel as though a lot of times people always ask how to get through heartbreak


and it feels like the worst thing ever. But in reality in hindsight we're genuinely pretty


thankful for it. I would say not right away. No, not right away.


The child people listening being like, fuck you guys, you sucks. But I promise you guys you get there


and honestly, yeah, I'm honestly thankful. But first let's jump into our best mood and worst mood


of the week. Okay, my best mood of the week is I feel like it's fun because you know how


a lot of times and you were actually kind of like, I'm a fun girl, I like like this.


But okay, you know how a lot of times when you're having anxiety or your stress you were saying


this before we started recording. But you can kind of like project and just be really cranky and


irritable and stuff. And I will get to that soon. And I feel like I have been very like I said last


week overwhelmed and stuff. But I've been very mindful of when I'm with people to not let it kind


of get in the way of me enjoying spending time with people. So I feel as though the last week,


I've actually had a lot of fun with my friends. I had fun with my brother yesterday. I've had fun


with you the past couple of times that you've come over. I had fun with my mom. So it's just like,


wait, I'm actually doing a pretty good job of like being stressed and overwhelmed. But I'm still


being a fun girl. Like I'm not turning into a franky old wench. As they I know say when I walked in


today. Really? You felt like later. You're like, hi, good morning. That's right. I take a shower. I'm


in my wet bun. I'm ready for you. I literally row. I said, I just feel like there's a lightness to me


and I'm able that I'm able to harness even when irritability comes up. I'm literally, I mean, not
