Today I'm honored to introduce you to Jen Wiederstrum.

Jen is an incredible coach, athlete, and entrepreneur, but more importantly, she's one of the most

kind, genuine, optimistic, and hilarious individuals I've ever met.

Jen has this incredible ability to make people feel seen and inspired, especially those

taking their first steps in fitness.

Her genuine approach and relentless optimism make the fitness industry infinitely better.

I admire her immensely, and I'm excited for you to hear the wisdom and heart she brings to this

Jen is someone I will reference when my daughters are looking for inspiration as they get older,

and I'm blessed to have her here with me today.

It's one thing when somebody likes you, but when you tell me that you're going to reference

me for your daughters as a role model, it's just, it's like there's no greater honor and privilege to like get to even meet them and spend the day with them.

But to be someone that you trust with where their minds develop is just amazing.

It's one of the questions that I get from many parents, parents of boys too, but mostly young girls who are like, who do you recommend my girl follow?

And they'll also ask like uh questions around um how do

i help my daughter do x y and z and then i internalize that well what would i do and the parents

always going to be wrong like the kids never going to listen to the parents so that i think when

when my daughters are older i'm just going to be like don't listen to me

because you're not going to listen to me go listen to jen i like listen to jen listen to jen listen to
