0:23.8	I'll be detailing a few of the things that have marked our 2024 from INSTEX side
0:29.1	and a little sneak peek into our busy and packed agenda for the following year.
0:34.8	You may have listened to Matthew and Rob Robin speak on our last podcast episode,
0:39.1	which was the annual partners chat, and all the topics that they found interesting in the past year.
0:44.9	These ranged from smart follow syndication, two-second repairals. If you haven't already
0:49.8	listen to it, I highly recommend you do so. What was quite striking to me was the difference
0:54.8	between this partner's chat and the one from the year before. I really do feel that the lull,
0:59.9	the insured tech industry fell into, is dissipating and we are seeing some truly exciting
1:04.3	work being done in novel spaces. But enough of that. What I'm slightly more interested
1:09.8	in is what caught your attention,
1:11.9	what was the community of the curious intrigued by this year. In our last newsletter of the year,
1:17.8	I summarised what our data suggested was your keenest fines, what you really wanted to get to
1:22.9	know a bit more about an insurance. And perhaps what this content suggests about where we should head to
1:28.4	next in 2025. It remains no surprise that our most popular webinar was Know Your Models,
1:35.1	an underwriter's guide to flood modelling hosting collaboration with Fathom, featuring industry-leading
1:40.2	panelists from Swissory, Guy Carpenterenter and Maximum Information. It really fit into what
1:45.7	was our theme of the year, which was catastrophe modelling and exposure management. I feel like it
1:50.7	shed a new light on the topic of flood models by focusing on understanding the differences to what a
