We are going to start off the episode by asking a question that we

discuss fish and other animals, let's talk about how humans sleep first.

Did you know that humans spend more than a third of their lives sleeping?

Of course. Sleep is important for people.

That's right. And if you're a little kid, five years or younger, you probably spend even more time than that sleeping.

Newborns spend 14 to 17 hours a day asleep. Toddlers spend 11 to 14 hours asleep every day. Preschoolers and Olivia
