So I'm going to start with the herb and then I'll lead you into your challenge and then I'll guide you in the meditation today.

Well, as I share this herb with you, I want to mention it's important to check with your medical

care provider to make sure that this herb won't harm you in any way.

And I say that because if you take other medications or you're nursing or you're breastfeeding, sometimes herbs can harm you.

Even seemingly commonplace herbs such as peppermint or canomile can cause stomach upset or headache.
