I was able to tell you how it evolved and very recently spread with the help of the internet.

And why some words seem to thrive, multiply, and spread online, and others just never

get the glory.

Considering the most political context, I took the word to mean kind of a man who isn't

a real man, a guy who's lost his masculinity.

I have to say, I luckily don't see this word very often because it mostly lives in pockets

of the internet where I don't usually hang out.
