about our favorite TV shows. We all need a little mental break from time to time, and sometimes

a TV show is just the right thing. So today we thought it would

be fun just to discuss some of our favorite TV shows, why we like them, what we like about them,

when we find time to watch, when maybe we decide not to watch, and all of those kinds of things.

So I know for both Aaron and I, we both have one show that we really love, and that is

This Is Us. I mean, I know most of America loves This Is Us, but my friend Rebecca, I'm still

trying to get on the This Is Us Bandwagon. I don't know what's holding her back, but what are

some of the things that you love about This Is Us, Erin?

Oh, wow. I just, I love that it's, it's real life. I mean, and it's just, it's, it's so raw.

And part of it, I just, I love that it takes me back to my childhood because what's really,

what's really cool to me is that the

triplets are my age yeah like exactly um it started when they were turning 36 and I was 36

and now they're all 37 and I'm 37 and so all of the flashbacks in the 1980s and the 1990s

is totally me and it's funny because I even have a picture of my parents.

My dad totally had a Jack mustache. Mine too. My mom totally had like the pretty like long

Rebecca hair with however they wore the 70s, 80s, 90s. And they look so much like Jack and

Rebecca.

And so I think it's that element of nostalgia and then the element of just the raw,
