Welcome back to the Catholic Sprouts podcast where we are working our way through the Gospels this school year.

We are on day eight.

We are continuing to read the gospel of Matthew.

Today we are reading chapter 2 verses 1 through 23.

Among other things in this passage, you will hear about the Magi.

Chapter 2, verses 1 to 23. The Visit of the Magi. When Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of King Herod,

behold, Magi from the east arrived in Jerusalem, saying,

Where is the newborn king of the Jews?
