I'm Christina Valenzuela, continuing our conversation this week about the language of our bodies.

0:30.6

Pope St. John Paul II used to write a lot about the meaning of our bodies,

0:35.6

because all humans are made in the image and likeness of God.

0:39.7

And last we checked, all humans are born with bodies. So our bodies are important. They have a lot

1:57.5

thinking about how we are created to love and be loved through our bodies,

2:01.5

but now we're thinking about the fact that the language of our body is holiness.

2:07.1

How do we treat something that is holy?

2:10.3

The first thing that comes to mind for me is that we take care of holy things, don't we?

2:15.4

They are precious.

2:17.2

So how do we take care of our bodies? We eat healthy
