Hey there, Spouse. Today is Friday, April 23rd, 2021. Today is also the feast day of St. George, or as we call him in our home, St. George, the dragon slayer.

St. George was probably a soldier in the Roman Empire during the early parts of the Christian Church. And a lot of his story has been mixed

up with legend and lore, but it's still a great story and a great reminder of how fiercely

about an incredible Marian apparition.

Now, the reason why we have included Mary in all of our saints like me books is because Mary sits at the heart of all conversions.

All saints have a relationship with Mary.

So there are, of course, many Marian apparitions that have happened through Central and

South America, the most important one being when Mary appeared to a poor peasant Juan Diego,

Now, what you will see if you go to this Marian shrine in Columbia, is you will see a great basilica and underneath it a cave. In the cave wall is an

incredibly beautiful image. The image shows Mary with a large crown, beautiful long black hair. In fact,

she looks like an Aztec princess, and she is dressed in a royal gown, and she's holding Jesus as an

infant. On either side of her is St. Dominic and St. Francis.
