This week on the Catholic Sprouts podcast, we have been getting deep into some pretty hard topics.

We've been talking about the Fifth Commandment, You Shall Not Kill.

We've talked about murder, abortion, euthanasia, the death penalty, and yesterday, why it is okay in a humane way to kill an animal and use

that animal for food, but is never, ever, ever okay to take the life of a human being. There is a

infinite difference between the life of a human being and the life of an animal.

Today we are going to talk about some very concrete ways that you can protect life.

Remember, this commandment not only says don't kill, it says cherish life, respect life, help more people see that every single life is sacred.

So, Sprouts, today I have three challenges for you.

Three challenges for you to really think and pray about and really wonder if you do truly believe and truly fight for the sacredness

of life in every possible way. The first thing I want you to think about is this. Do you live in a way

that makes it clear that you see life in every place on this planet as sacred and as important as your own life.
