Hey there, Sprouse. Today is Monday, June 29th, 2020. Today is also the feast days of St. Peter and St. Paul.

0:38.2

Now, this week, we are going to continue on with our journey through the Ten Commandments. And we are on number four this week, which is honor your father and mother. But before we get there, let's talk about today's

1:55.2

He loved his Jewish faith, and he was also very well respected by the Jewish community. After Jesus died and rose from the dead, the Jews did not believe that he had risen from the dead.

2:07.2

And they set out to stop the spread of Christianity by persecuting Christians, by even killing them.

2:13.2

In fact, Paul was sent out to do this very work.

2:16.0

And he was on his way to a city called

2:18.9

Damascus to hunt down the Christians when he had a miraculous experience.

2:24.2

He was knocked off of his horse.

2:26.2

He was struck blind, and he heard the voice of Jesus Christ speak to him, asking him
