Hey there, Sprouse. Today is Friday, November 1st, 2019. It is also the great feast day of all saints.

Now, I hope that you are ready to celebrate because no matter whom you have chosen as your personal

hero in heaven, as your personal saint, today is their feast day. Today we celebrate all of the saints

that have gone before us to heaven that are up there sitting at the throne of God in heaven, listening to our prayers

and bringing those to the feet of God.

Now this week we have been talking about the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and we've been talking

about how each one of them is like climbing a ladder to heaven.

The first step, fear of the Lord.

Number two, piety.

And this week, knowledge.

Now, knowledge, of course, is different than just gathering facts.

Knowledge is the ability to discern from facts if they are from God and help us understand

First, we start with a seed of faith,

then divine knowledge and our faith grows deeper.

We also saw how knowledge it really does prompt us to change.

We can't just know something.

We have to respond to that knowledge, like St. Francis did.

And yesterday, through the incredible story, As Sagatasha Emmanuel in Rwanda,

we know that Jesus really does want to teach us. He came directly to Sagatasha and taught him,

and he will come to us perhaps in different ways, but he wants us to know him. And then he wants to send us out
