Summary

Since Lent is only a few weeks away, it's time to review prayer and answer some big questions about why it is important we pray, and how we should pray.

+ MONDAY: If God is perfect and already knows everything, then why do we pray, and what difference do our prayers make?

+ TUESDAY: Most people treat God like a genie in a lamp. We should, instead, treat Him as our dad.

+ WEDNESDAY: What little gifts do we receive through unanswered prayers?

+ THURSDAY: God invites us to wrestle with Him and the plan He has for us through prayer.

+ FRIDAY: What are the types of prayer, and how does one flow the next?

1:46.1

certain things, and then the genie will just give you whatever you want. And sometimes we approach

prayer this way. We think, oh, I really want to do good on that spelling test. So I'm going to,

1:58.3

I'm going to pray 10 Hail Mary's. Yeah, I'm going to pray 10 Hail Mary's, and then God's going to do that for me.
