| 2:10.8 | he lived in modern day Turkey, and he was born in the 300s. According to pious legend, his parents were wealthy, but both of his |

| 2:29.2 | Now, Nicholas lived at the time when the Roman Empire was still persecuting and killing Christians. |
| 2:36.6 | After his parents died, Nicholas inherited their wealth and he went to go live with his uncle who was a holy priest. |
