My name is Sir Roland Paderlot, and you're listening to Saturdays with Sir Rulon on Catholic

Sprouts where every Saturday we discuss the art of dragon's lane.

To kick off the month of December

in the Advent season, which starts tomorrow, we're going to play another guessing game as we have

done in recent weeks. But this time we are not going to guess the dragon. We're going to guess

the dragon slayer. That's right. We're going to test your knowledge of the legendary dragon

sails of old, the saints. Advent is about preparing for the becoming the Messiah.

That means we must always be training, always preparing, and always striving to become saints.

If you want to be great in basketball, study great basketball players and their habits.

If you want to be great in business, then study successful business owners.

But if you want to be a great saint, then study the lives of the great saints.

So that is what our game is about today.

I'm going to begin by describing a legendary dragon-sayer or saint,

and talk about the dragons, the saint slayed.

You can guess the saint while I'm describing them if you're a seasoned veteran,

or you can wait until the end and I'll give you multiple choice options.
