Last month, we did an episode called Guess the Dragon, in which I read

you the Bible story of Joseph from the Old Testament, inquised you on which dragon was attacking or

being slain in each part of the story. Many of you wrote to me and said you like that game,

so today we're going to do something similar, except today we're going to use the words of Jesus himself

from the Gospel of Matthew. That's right,

Jesus talked about the seven deadly dragons. He didn't call him that, but his description of the

beatitudes in the sermon on the mount is a perfect description of how to avoid being wounded by the

seven deadly dragons so that you can be a disciple and become a saint. So today, let's just look at

the beatitudes from Matthew chapter 5. Here's the rules. I'm

going to read one of the beatitudes, and you're going to guess which of the seven deadly

dragons that Jesus most likely is treating us to slay. You might want to pause right now and write

down the seven deadly dragons as your answer sheet, because we're going to use each of them
