| 0:18.4 | Hey there, it's sprouts. Today is Thursday, December 6, 2018. It is also the feast day of St. Nicholas. |

| 0:38.9 | We talked about how Advent is a time of hopeful waiting. |
| 0:43.3 | We also talked about the Advent wreath and how those lights gather to dispel the darkness of sin. |
| 0:51.2 | Yesterday we talked about how the Jesse Tree began, from the Garden of Eden to the first sin to the first murder. |
| 1:00.4 | Today we are going to pick up with Noah. |

| 1:55.1 | opened and the whole world flooded. God wiped out every living thing on earth, except those that were on the |
| 2:06.7 | ark. Now, why did this happen? Well, it happened because that original sin had entered the world |
| 2:14.7 | and human beings had become so evil that God saw no other way to deal |
| 2:21.4 | with them. But then why did he save Noah? Well, he didn't save Noah because he was the smartest |
| 2:28.8 | or the strongest. No, he saved Noah because Noah was faithful to him. Because Noah listened to him. |
| 2:39.0 | Because even when God told him to do something ridiculous, to build a huge boat far away from any |
| 2:45.8 | large body of water, to go and find two animals of every kind and put them on this big boat. |
