Hey! healed my rash. That's amazing. I know. Hey guys, it's episode like 197, 196. I don't even know what day it is today. It's around the holidays, you know how that goes. Chaos. So whatever episode it is, that's what we're doing. Yeah, we had a lot of guests on lately. Actually, we know what date is. It's Wednesday, black Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Wish we were college kids. I've been seeing a bunch of stuff on Instagram people showing millennials. Do they still do that? Like is this the biggest party night of the year? It was when we were grown up. Ask Marley, your niece. She's in college. Oh, hey, Marley. She's fat. Come. Can I come have a beer with you tonight? I don't know. I feel like the younger kids don't really drink like we did. No, I don't think so. I don't know. Yeah, who knows. I don't always talk to anybody in college, so I have no idea. Yeah, but it's been crazy, crazy, it's been a crazy year.

I mean, to put it frank, you know? I'm ready. I told Jeff, I was like, we're ready for 2025 to be over. You know what's weird? In 2020, I was like, that was like when we were buying this house. And I was like, 2020 is gonna be the best year because it's 2020. And then it out COVID and it was just like a waste but it was exciting because we got a house. That was only positive thing out of that. Then 2025 because I'm like, oh, it's 2025. It's going to be our year. Definitely not. And so now I'm like 2030 not even expecting anything but bad news. Well, you got to go in a step at a time, 2026 is around a quarter. You know, just because the year changes doesn't mean your life changes completely. I know everyone turns the page and starts over in January and like, you know, that's it. Going dry January work. And I'll give my membership yoga's back all this stuff. That's great. I love the inspiration. I love having something to look forward to and all that. But, you know,

it's never too early to start changing and gearing up for the new year. I'm all on board for the new year. I'm one of those guys, but it's all about your mindset and where you are. We already have like plans or things we've talked about, like getting started in the new year. I think it's not just because you're always pretty healthy and things that you do, but I think this

you're just meaning like business wise, we're like, okay, like we need to get on it. I know working out wise, I've been slacking on my pimping. Well, we have had a lot of people coming in town and then when we were gone on our cruise, you did get a couple workouts in and sauna sessions where we were gone. So

that's good. I mean, this class crews that we were on, did we even talk about this? No, we've been having so many guests on lately. And I know a lot of people would be like, listen, we just want to get back to basics what you guys, we appreciate all the feedback and comments and things like that. And really, we love you guys. And I've been hearing so many positive comments just from our friends or from strangers and they're like, you know what you talked

about on this podcast?
