So I wanted to have Jed Raykov on the podcast since the very beginning. He's a judge who sits

in the district where I was the United States attorney. I personally have appeared in front

of him a number of times. My prosecutors try cases in front of him. Not only is he a widely

respected judge who has overseen some of the most complicated and important cases in the

country, but he's also the most perhaps outspoken judge in the country. He writes regularly
