Down the Tunnel

A few months ago, my uncle invited me to go to a well-known paranormal hotspot with him in his group.

I've always been open-minded about the paranormal.

I've had experiences with what I believe to be spirits or ghosts.

The place they plan on visiting is an old out of use prison. It used to

hold political prisoners, murderers, etc. My uncle and I arrived first, so he showed me around. We walked down every wing, long dark hallways leading

from the main forier, all with prison cells on each side. At one point I saw a dark figure standing down the hall. I did a double

taken. It was gone. Then my uncle showed me to a cell. It looked more like a room.

It was the most luxurious cell in the place. It had comfortable pillows, a big soft mattress, a bookcase.

When this bookcase was slid over, there was a path that led to a room where the prisoner of that cell would be

hung in.

There was a noose still in that room.

The noose came from the ceiling.

The floor came down and led to a coffin room. When my uncle opened the bookcase, I saw a large black figure peek over his shoulder. This terrified me. It seemed normal to him. When his group arrived, they showed me a long dark

tunnel under the prison which led to the old courthouse across the road. As an initiation, they made me walk to the end of the tunnel with all the lights off.

Knock the rusty metal door at the end and ask for sir when I came within five feet of that door. I had a horrible feeling walking down the tunnel. It felt like something

was waiting for me behind the rusty metal door. I strongly hesitated, but I did it. I knocked on the door and asked for sir.

As I walked briskly back to the group, they all said the same thing.

Something walked back with me.

A dark figure.

I didn't believe them, then someone else from the group did it.
