Hi, this is Father Chris Aylar here at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy, and we're super excited to continue now every single Saturday are explaining the faith talk. Now, I have listened, and so many of you have written to me, saying, Father, it was 15 minutes is just too short, even though I was a little longer.

You know, don't cut it too short. Well, here's what we decided to do. I'm not going to go back to the full hour and a half. That was just too much. But we felt, let's, instead of making it, the, explaining the faith in 15, we'll call it explaining the faith in a shorter version, like 15-ish.

But I'm gauging for half an hour.

I'm going to do enough pages and notes that I know.

Take me about 25 to 30 minutes, and that'll be it. So that's going to be, I think, the perfect sweet spot of time. And we're happy

that you wanted to do more. But I think I found a happy median here. So praise me to God,

you're with us. And thank you. Today is a special topic because we just did a service here

on our property that involves the cremation, right? And there's a lot of

confusion about this. Does the church allow it? Does it not allow it? Is it kind of like

communion in the hand where an indolte was given? And it's not preferred, but it's, you know,

in cases it can be allowed. We're going to talk about all that. What is cremation? Can you do it? it's you know in cases it can be allowed we're going to talk about all that what is cremation

can you do it what do you have to be aware of and what does the church prefer so thank you being with us

this is very important topic projections are as many as 83% of catholics will be cremated by 2035

and that's really alarming so we're going to talk about it.
