They launched an online fitness program in March of 2020.

It's called Queen Warrior.

Now timing is everything.

Do you remember March of 2020?

That's when so many people stopped going to work with the gym.

If you lived in New York like I did, you didn't even want to go running outside.

For community, for fitness, for all of it, many of us just had screens.

That's build opportunity for Fabian Matt.

A year and a half later, their scrappy company has grown to 40 people.

Of course, it didn't just happen.

Fabia had been building an audience of fitness enthusiasts on Instagram and Facebook and Twitter

for nearly a decade.

Today, McKayla is going to talk to them about what they've learned about growth and about timing.
