Glad you're here.

Welcome back to the Strong Women Podcast. And Aaron and I just got off our conversation with Jeanette Simba, my friend, who grew up in Rwanda and came to America when she was 19 and single by herself. She has a real heart for helping people and loving well.

1:47.5

she translates for them. And it's just incredible to meet someone who does that on purpose,

1:55.3

like not in their spare time, but actually to carve out time. And it struck me just how hospitable that is. And I guess that's

2:05.2

kind of where I went in my mind. I was thinking about Rosaria Butterfield's book, who we've

2:10.8

interviewed Rosaria about her book, The Gospel Comes with the Houski. And she takes this idea of hospitality and makes it this big

2:21.6

umbrella of how it's a life turned towards others, basically. And that's how Jeanette is living
