0:32.0	on Monday I'm gonna give you a recap of what we talked about today and a recap of what we talked about on Tuesday and share with you some of the insights that we experienced during Growth Studio Week.
0:46.0	So let's start with Creative Confidence.
0:49.0	Creative Confidence comes from having a rock solid belief in yourself, in who you are as a person and who you
0:56.9	are as an artist. You know that even if you don't have all the answers, you believe in your capacity to figure it out. A lot of people
1:05.3	have the mistaken belief that you can only have that kind of confidence if it is given to you.
1:09.6	Like they think it comes from achievement or that someone else has to give them permission somehow.
1:16.4	The good news and the bad news is that it's an inside job.
1:20.3	It can only come from you. Nobody else can give it to you. The most powerful way we can
1:27.0	influence our feelings of self-confidence is through awareness of the stories
1:32.0	that we tell ourselves.
1:34.0	And by questioning our limiting beliefs
1:36.2	and the assumptions that we make about how things work in the world.
