end of the day, what kind of got you into real estate? Yeah, sure. So I guess where I'm at today,

and then I'll go back to what got me in. So I am a co-founder of Steel Peak Properties. We are a private, industrial-focused,

real estate investment firm based in San Diego and started the shop in 2024 with a business

partner. And we specifically focus on buying contractor yards, industrial outdoor

storage. So smaller industrial properties with yard space across different markets all over the

western U.S. And so that's what we're doing today. We're a small shop, but we're scaling. And we, yeah, so the way I got
