But for anyone out there listening to this who's never heard about you before,

can you give us just a brief background on yourself?

And until us at the end of the day, what got you into real estate?

Yeah. So my upbringing was relatively uneventful. I was taught to get good grades and get a good job like so many of us.

And I decided to go into computer science. And so when I got out, I was a programmer.

And I spent some time at AOL in the mid-90s and joined a software startup in the 97 called Web Methods.

It's only important to say because that company went public three years later at the time was the most successful software IPO of its kind.

And I was like the number three

employees. So I put a bunch of money in my pocket, which was really cool. And then several

years later, all the cool people had left, and the company got big and corporate, and had lost

his luster. And then I picked up Rich Dad poured out in 2005, and it threw me for a major loop.

And because it solved this problem that I was like, okay, I just turned 30 at the time.

And I had to work another 30 years in this job, which I did enjoy less.
