So we're going to try to cover as much as we can.

So it seems like you've

done everything under the sun. Now, for the first person tuning in to today's episode,

who's never heard about you. Give us just a brief background on yourself. And then tell us at the

end of the day, we'll got you into real estate. So background on me, I run a company called Greenief Capital and Greenleaf Management.

So we're a syndication group.

We're out of Atlanta, Georgia.

And we buy deals.

We operate deals and kind of everything else that comes along with that journey.

We've been in numerous different asset classes.

And myself and Greenleaf, we've been out of for about 15 years. So we've seen a lot of ups and downs. More ups in that

time print though. So it's been, it's been a good ride. What were you doing before real estate

that made you want to get into it? I had always wanted to be in real estate.

Since high school, it was always like, this is what I want to be doing.
