Thanks for having me, man. Appreciate it. We've got quite a bit to discuss. But before we do,

for those out there tuning in for the first time or for the millionth time, but they just don't know

who you are, right? Tell us a little bit about yourself and give us just a brief background

on why real estate? Yeah, absolutely. Born and raised here in Minnesota, still live here,

getting cold, but we'll manage as best we can. Spent about 15 years in law

enforcement prior to be jumping into real estate. And the crux of it all was I'd always had this

interest in real estate investing and wife kind of pushed me a little bit. I was like,

why don't you, why don't you dig into that a little bit more?

And I was like, oh, it's not a bad idea.

But I was busy at a successful career.

We had a young kid at home.

You know, and I was having fun doing what I was doing.

But got into a few different instances and calls at work.

I was like, you know, I just, I don't think this is it for the next 30 years. I'm happy, but this ain't it for the next 30 years.

I am going to look into that real estate thing.

So kind of jumped off the deep end, dove in head first.

I'd been passively jumping in other people's deals and enjoyed what I was doing and said,
