Things like drilling for water is, it can be a crapshoot. Like for me, before I bought the land, I of

course did my due diligence. I had even a well on property, but it wasn't producing enough for the whole place.

I figured, well, we'll just drill another one, no big deal. And the guy said, yeah, everyone in the area has plenty of water so I just

happened to dig in the wrong spot but so you know the yeah like you know you're

putting a budget together and you're looking at well 5,000 or 50,000 I mean that's like a huge

huge difference in your in your budget.

exciting topic today as you've probably already seen, glamping.

So what exactly is glamping?

Well, a lot of people call it a lot of different things.

I'm calling it glorified camping.

Some people call it glamorous camping or glam camping clamping whatever you want to call it it is a higher end tiered of what camping is and or maybe you could even use the word used to be back in the day.

It's not the old pitch of tent anymore and hang out outside in the woods with the bears and the snakes.

Now it is quite literally stay in an air conditioned or heated dome or fancy like weather-proofed tent basically or something of the

sort and you typically have a bathroom that's inside or maybe it's outside.

There's a lot of different variations of clamping.
