So I'm going to let you give your own introduction here today for those that don't know a lot about you.

Give us a brief background about yourself and then tell us the day what really got you. me we know we grew up there beautiful beautiful state in a lot of ways leadership has failed us but I grew up in the

bay of the east bay mainly but Silicon Valley kind of that area

building houses with my parents I fell in love with real estate at a young age

I fell in love with the dream to be able to be, you know, financially free.

Let's put it that way. Parents, divorce, when I was young. Dad had all the money.

Didn't give any money the mom.

Lived my mom 90% of the time.

Dad taught me a lot of really good things, right?

But in the sense that work really hard, be your own boss,

you know, real estate, you know, a lot of great things. ethic great sense of humor you know how to fun a lot of really I love my dad but you didn't pay in child support to my mom but we'd go over there he'd spoil us right and so I knew at a young age you know I definitely want

finances to come between the family I wanted to be very successful as well as I didn't want

my kids to have to like feel like money was a way to separate relationships and so the divorce wasn't great right but I learned a lot from that and throughout life I had really good mentors with basketball football coaches you know cousins brothers older you know, cousins, brothers, older, you know, folks that taught me good things to do and things not to do.
