| 1:28.3 | we have bought two deals now, getting ready to buy on a third in the last 18 or some odd |
| 1:34.8 | months. And those deals that we bought have made us more money than the deals that we bought |
| 1:41.6 | beforehand when the market was moving, all the multifamily deals we bought. I'm not'm not saying multifamily is bad, or that you can't make money with multifamily because you definitely can. We're still making money with multifamily, and I know a lot of operators that are crushing it in multifamily. It really just depends on the market that you're in and depends on the business plan that you want to execute on, the life you want to live. So for us, what are some of the things that's changed? For us, our big thing that we've talked about multiple times now is that we've switched a little bit deeper into focusing on RV parks, multifamily we still like, but I'm not as active in looking for those deals anymore. So with RV parks, what we really like with that asset class is new development. So we're looking at more land deals, looking more land opportunities. I'm looking at even things like auctions a little bit more often for land opportunities. I'm looking even at some general contractors that just know where there is potential land to be developed in the markets that we're already in. I'm doing some secret shopping. I'm calling |
