So come to find out, Jason is a drummer for his church

and loves real estate. And I mean, it just seems like we have a lot of a lot of

similarities so I'm excited to jump in so for those out there that haven't heard

about you before they don't know a lot about what you currently do or your background.

Could you give us a brief background about yourself and tell us at the end of the day what got

you interested in real estate? Yeah man, absolutely. So I always knew growing up that I liked the way that money worked.

I was the kid that bought the little five-pack of little Debbie Christmas tree cakes

and sold them in elementary school for a dollar to a piece and I knew that real estate was a good way to build wealth over time and so I thought I would just slowly start buying rentals and then work my career and then in retirement retire you know with 20 or 30 paid

off rentals and but then at some point about four and a half years ago somebody else

introduced me to a big real estate podcast and that

opened so many doors for me. Taught me about things like you know hard money lenders, private

lenders and it showed me what was possible.

And so I continued to work my career in finance and I bought my first flip probably a little
