What's going on everybody?

This is Josh Ferrari, host of the Creative Capital Podcast and we've got none other than John Gucci Foley with us, right, a

Blue Angels lead fighter pilot.

If you guys remember a couple of weeks ago,

probably a couple of months ago at this point,

we had Greg Boss, Woolridge, come out.

He was actually a three-time leader of the Blue Angels and so John will explain to us a little bit today about how that actually works. What's the difference between leading the actual Blue Angels but then being a solo lead of the Blue Angels and how he really gets to break the plane and do all the exciting things.

So John today with us talks about less about leadership,

we do talk about some leadership aspects,

but more about achieving extraordinary excellence.

Because what he was able to do, that solo lead he was leading but it's not leading entire team he's leading him and one other guy that they're basically co leading together and what they do so more so what he was able to accomplish was an extreme level of excellence in every area of the aspect and every area of the meaning in the chosen skill set that he gave for himself.
