What is going on everybody? Welcome back to this week segment of the no limit minutes. For any of you that also just happened to be following me on LinkedIn and Facebook, you know that I posted something last week.

How about my business, my business partners and I are in the process of getting ready to acquire

a business. So as all of you know for any of you longtime listeners of the show here,

as well as any of you new people just showing up, you probably already know just by

simply looking at the title of our actual show here

Creative Capital that we love talking about real estate and everything real estate

related real estate investments.

So this new investment that we're making is very interesting

because it's a combination.

So it's a business investment,

but it's also a real estate investment.

There's about 8 to 10 acres that we're going to be buying on a corner lot.

It's a very busy corner.

Seize about 10 to 12,000 cars every single day.

And this corner lot is in a market

that we're already very involved in.

This is in Mobile, Alabama, Southern Alabama.

For those of you that aren't very familiar with the area, I won't give you the

exact name of the city because it won't mean anything to you, but it's

effectively the outskirts of the Mobile area, kind of where all of the growth is headed towards because it's the only direction of growth as you can see in this particular city because if you try to go any other direction you're either

a outside of Mobile County you're now not you don't even live there anymore or B you hit

the water you just live in the water now and And so why are we not doing that?
