What's up everybody? Welcome back to this week's segment of the no limit minute

excited to bring you guys today's episode because what we're going to be talking about is something that I've recently,

when I say recently, I mean over the last couple of months, last kind of half of the year here

in 2023, have come to realize and notice and begin implementing

much more prevalently in our own business.

And that's that you need diversification.

One big word.

Now, don't hear that word and then tune me out

and stop listening to today's episode.

Because what I mean by that is not that you need to buy in different markets and that you need to buy a bunch of different

types of different asset classes and that you need to be a GP and an LP and you need to flip houses and you need to wholesale properties and you need to do short-term rentals and you need to do all these other things by no stretch of the imagination. I'm I telling you you need to do a because they're different things.

But what I've come to realize is that the deeper

you get into this space, if you really truly

want a recession, resistant, or resilient business income stream, then you can't have all the eggs

and one individualized basket. So let me try to wrap this all together to be super

crystal clear for anyone out there listening to the show today. For most of you out there listening, you either already are a syndicator, super successful investor, real estate investor, flip or wholesaler,

contractor, or you're in the process of wanting to be one or just invest passively to have access to opportunities.

No matter what you're doing, hopefully at this point you've bought a deal or you're

in the process of buying. Maybe you've bought a deal or you're in the process of buying.

Maybe you've bought multiple deals.

Maybe you own a bunch of assets and a bunch of different markets and you're like, I'm

super well diversified because I'm an LP and I've bought deals in New York and I've bought deals in California and I bought deals in Texas and I bought deals in the Carolinas and you've done all these things and you think it's just fantastic.
