When I tell people is that, hey, if you are overcome with analysis paralysis or you don't have any

money or you're not sure where you want to go all you have to do is focus on getting that first deal.

It doesn't matter what that deal is. It doesn't matter if it's a vanilla purchase on the market. It doesn't matter if you lose all your money if you take action and you learn something

the quicker that you can make six decisions I mean I try to make six decisions before someone makes their first decision and if those six decisions are wrong, well, hey, I'm still ahead because I can get to that seventh right decision a lot faster.

What's going on everybody? This is Josh Ferrari host of the Create Java podcast and what I really like about today's episode with Peter today is the fact that he started from very humble beginnings.

I think a lot of you out there are likely starting from humble beginnings. You likely don't already have a lot of money, you likely already don't have a lot of experience, you likely already don't have a lot of connections to other millionaires and other folks in the space. So you're starting from a position where you're really going to have to do a significant amount of work to change your inner circle, change the way you do life, change the way you invest, change everything in order to build this new lifestyle you're looking to build.

And so Peter came at this looking to do the exact same thing coming from being an

Uber driver coming from being a BMX racer to becoming a real estate success, having the chance to actually

invest in a couple of assets, getting very creative in the way he chose to actually execute

on the investments of these assets, quite literally all the way down to getting hit by a car and using the money from the lawsuit from him getting hit by the car to reinvest into his real estate.

I mean obviously that was not planned, but still, right,

creative in the way that he's able to execute

on sourcing the money to be able to turn this property around, turn his portfolio around and start making it truly,

truly cash flow, especially in today's market. And a lot of us probably struggling to find

deals right now, not Peter.

Peter's out there killing. So we get the chance to talk today to Peter about how he's able to actually do all those things.
