What is happening everyone? Welcome back to this week's segment of the no limit minute and I wanted to give you guys some really exciting information today.

So I wanted to take today to tell you

that first of all, the end of the year is near, right?

I mean, literally, can you believe that 2023 is almost over? We've

accomplished so many things this year. We've bought some assets. We've done all kinds of different things, right?

This specific year got really big into our mastermind,

have been able to help a ton of students.

We had our first in-person mastermind event this year. We still have more plans to

accomplish before the end of the year. I moved to Tampa, Florida and bought our first primary

residence this year. A lot of great things happened in 2023. And so my question for you today is did

great things happen for you in 2023 and if not why was it because you decided to sit on the sidelines? Was it because you decided not to grow, not to do things different, not to change something about the status quo of how you've been living.

There's a lot of you out there right now probably who are sitting on the fence, who have not yet decided to take the leap to jump into this business or maybe you have

maybe you have invested into one deal two deals three deals your house hacked a couple of

properties you've tried to flip a couple of properties you've house hacked a couple of properties, you've

whole sailed a couple of assets, and you come to find that you don't

want to do any of that, that you didn't make as much money as you thought you were

going to make, maybe lost a bunch of money.

You may be wasted a bunch of time

and you feel like that's just no way

that you could be successful through real estate investing.

So let's just go back to the day job

and do what we know how to do
